Videregående analytisk kjemi - Analytisk atomspektrometri

Analytical Atomic Spectrometry

MOTTO
En systematisk feil på 0,1 prosent på nikkelanalysen vil på årsbasis utgjøre en diferanse på ca. 10 millioner kroner ved Falconbridge Nikkelverk i Kristiansand.

A systematic error of  0.1 percent in nickel analysis will bring about an annual difference of about $ 1.2 million at the Falconbridge Nickel Works in Kristiansand.

KJ 3055: A SHORT DESCRIPTION

This course gives an account of the main analytical methods currently employed for the determination of chemical elements (metals and most of the non-metals) at the trace level.
Such methods are of a particular relevance to the following scientific and technological fields:

  • Environment monitoring and protection
  • Toxicology
  • Material Science
  • Metallurgy

  •
